Cancellation Policy

Odena Mobile Detailing – Booking Policy 1) Appointment Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients. 2) Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit will be applied toward the final invoice. Appointments without deposit are not held. 3) Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given 24+ hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new deposit. 4) Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to be present at the scheduled time are treated as a no-show — deposit is forfeited and a $10 fee is charge to the card on file. 5) Access & Preparation The client is responsible for providing: Keys/vehicle access Space to work Parking area free of obstructions If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. 6) Weather Policy (Mobile Service) If weather prevents service from being performed, Odena Mobile Detailing will reschedule the appointment at no penalty to the client. 7) Time Windows All booking times are arrival windows, not exact start times. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or previous vehicles. 8) Condition Upcharges Heavily soiled interiors, pet hair, biohazards, or other unexpected conditions may incur additional fees at technician discretion before service begins. 9) Payment Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in legal collection and service refusal on future appointments.
